By using FeeCalc Tools, you agree that calculators are educational estimates only — not financial, tax, or legal advice — and that you will verify fees on each provider’s official site before making decisions.

Acceptance

These terms apply to the public website, embeddable calculator snippets, and related pages (guides, hubs, examples, methodology, changelog). If you do not agree, do not use the site. Continued use after we post updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; the “Last updated” date above is the effective date.

License

You may use the calculators for personal or internal business planning. You may embed widgets if you keep the credit link back to FeeCalc Tools. You may not scrape the site to build a competing thin copy, misrepresent affiliation with payment brands (Stripe, PayPal, Square, Venmo, Cash App, Patreon, Ko-fi, Gumroad, Shopify, Zelle, Wise, or others named on tool pages), remove attribution from embeds, or use the service for unlawful activity.

No financial advice

Outputs are estimates from published list rates with last-verified dates. Providers may offer custom or negotiated pricing, promotions, or region-specific schedules that differ from public pages. Currency conversion, chargebacks, instant-transfer fees, platform commissions, and tax are often separate from the card-processing line item. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to choose a particular processor or to pass fees to customers.

No warranties

Fee schedules change without notice. We provide data “as is” and “as available,” with methodology and source links, but no warranty of completeness, accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Automated rate watching and manual checks reduce staleness; they do not guarantee a match to your live merchant dashboard.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeeCalc Tools and its maintainer are not liable for lost profits, pricing mistakes, missed payouts, chargebacks, tax outcomes, or other damages arising from reliance on calculator outputs or site content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the site.

Privacy and advertising

Calculator amounts are processed in your browser. Analytics and advertising cookies (if enabled) follow the rules in our Privacy Policy, including AdSense disclosures and consent defaults. Do not submit sensitive payment-card numbers or government IDs through the contact form.

Third-party brands

Product names and logos belong to their owners. References are for identification and fee-education only. This site is independent and is not endorsed by those brands unless a page explicitly says otherwise.
